Shipping and Delivery

We try our best to offer Fast Shipping and use PostNord for shipping service. When ordering, you can choose to have your goods delivered in a number of different ways. The delivery options available for your particular order are determined by the contents of the shopping basket and the total value of goods.

Day 0: Within a few minutes of receiving your order, you will receive an email.

Day 0-1: Your order should be packed and prepared for shipment on the same day if you place the order before 15:00 on working days. Your order is packed and prepared for shipment on the next workday if you place orders on weekends or holidays.

Day 0-2: When your order is on its way, an order confirmation & receipt will be sent to your email. There is a tracking link in it if shipping with tracking is chosen when you place the order.

Day: 0-2: Your order arrives at the chosen agent (95% of all orders arrive on day 2).

Day 7-14: Help us get better! You are invited to leave a review of our service.

Delays due to PostNord’s handling or incorrectly specified addresses

It may happen that parcels are delayed in the PostNord system for various reasons. In some cases, they return to the sender (us) after 14 days, although everything is correct. In those cases, we need to wait for the return before we can resend the package.

For customers who have entered the wrong address, we need to wait 14 days before the shipment is back to us, then the customer will be charged the cost for the return as well as the cost to resend the package.
